Terms of Use
These terms cover the MicWith application for macOS and this website. Buying a licence or using the app means you accept them.

What you are buying
A licence to use MicWith on your own Macs. It is a one-time purchase with no expiry, and it may be active on up to three Macs at the same time. You may release a Mac and activate another from your purchase page.
The free trial
MicWith works fully for twenty-four hours from first launch, without a key and without payment details. When the trial ends the app asks for a licence key.
What you may not do
Do not resell, sublicense, rent or share your key, and do not attempt to defeat the licence check or redistribute a modified build. Using the app to record or broadcast other people without the consent the law requires of you is your responsibility, not ours.
Ownership
MicWith, its audio driver and this site remain our property. You get a licence to use the software; you do not acquire rights in it.
Payment and refunds
Purchases are handled by Polar as merchant of record, and their checkout terms and refund process apply. If MicWith does not work for you, write to us first: the trial exists so that you can find that out before paying, and we would rather resolve it.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features, and a future macOS release may require changes on our side. We will not knowingly break a version you already paid for, but we cannot promise that any specific feature stays unchanged.
No warranty
MicWith is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it is free of faults or fit for a particular purpose. Test it before a lesson that matters — the test broadcast exists for that.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a disrupted lesson, lost recording or lost income. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protection of your own country of residence. Contact: team@beyondend.dev.
